To celebrate the district’s 60th anniversary, a 300-meter-long panoramic mural was created in the passage of Halle-Neustadt. The design was based on extensive research, including meetings with the city archivist and the study of archival photos alongside our own photographs of the district. The mural depicts Halle-Neustadt from its early development to the present day, highlighting key fountains, buildings, and groups of people.

During the process, many residents approached us, recognizing elements in the mural and connecting them with their own memories and stories. The work has become a point of identification and a landmark for the district center.
